Residential Camp at Craig Springs
Join us the week of June 24 through June 30 in beautiful Craig County for a week of overnight camp at Craig Springs. This residential camp is for those who have completed grades 4, 5, and 6 who will attend camp during "regular" hours. There is also the return of the always popular Middle High and Senior High Night Owl Camp and for some 6 graders and those in 7th through 12th grade. Cost to attend camp: Early Bird - $335, after April 15th - $350. Registration will be through the Presbytery office. Additional details and registration forms are available from the host churches.
Traveling Day Camps 2012!
Day camp is a "camp" experience in which children have fun exploring God's creation, growing in faith, and making new friends. The Camps, for rising first through fifth graders, will be held Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Trained counselors will work with small family groups throughout the week. Bible stories, worship, games, arts and crafts, singing, fellowship, making new friends, nature study, a cookout, field trips and much more will all be included in the Day Camp program!
The Presbytery's Traveling Day Camps will be held at six locations throughout the Presbytery. The following churches have agreed to host this important new ministry:
- Forest Presbyterian Church, Forest - July 23 - 27
- Mallow Presbyterian Church, Covington - July 30 - August 3
- Forest Hills, Martinsville - August 6-10
The cost to attend the camp is $75 per camper. Registration will be through the Presbytery office. Additional details and registration forms are available from the host churches.
